What Are Higgsfield AI Pricing Plans: Costs and Alternatives

Higgsfield AI pricing as checked in October 2026: Free, Starter, Plus, Ultra, and business plans, how credits work, which plan fits, and alternatives.

What Are Higgsfield AI Pricing Plans: Costs and Alternatives

Higgsfield AI pricing, as shown on higgsfield.ai/pricing in early October 2026, has four individual plans: Free ($0), Starter ($19 per month), Plus ($59 per month, or $47 per month billed annually), and Ultra ($129 per month, or $99 per month billed annually). Each paid plan includes a monthly credit allowance that resets every billing cycle. Business plans (Team, Scale, and Enterprise) are priced per seat or by custom quote.

Higgsfield changes its pricing page often. Every number below was checked in October 2026 against the official Higgsfield pricing page. Confirm there before you buy.

The Free plan is a way to look around. With 0 credits, limited model access, and a watermark on output, it is not a plan for work you will publish.

How Higgsfield credits work

Higgsfield sells generation as credits. Each generation draws from your monthly balance. Higgsfield's help center explains the mechanics in How do Higgsfield plans work. Three rules matter when you choose a plan:

  1. Subscription credits reset each billing cycle. You start every cycle with your plan's allowance.
  2. Credits do not roll over on individual plans. Unused Starter, Plus, or Ultra credits are gone when the cycle ends.
  3. Higher tiers include more credits per dollar. Starter gives 270 credits for $19; Ultra gives 3,000 for $129. If you generate a lot, the larger plan costs less per generation.

This guide does not list per-generation credit costs, because they depend on the tool and can change. Check the current cost inside the tool before you commit to a large batch.

Which plan fits which use

Match the plan to how often you generate, not to the feature list.

  • You want to test the tools: start on Free to see the interface, then move to Starter for a month of light use. Keep in mind that Free output is watermarked.
  • You make a few clips or image sets a week: Plus. Annual billing lowers the monthly price to $47 if you know you will use it all year.
  • You produce daily: Ultra, with the 6,000 or 9,000 credit options if 3,000 runs out. Because credits do not roll over, pick the size you will use in a single cycle.
  • You work with a team: skip individual plans and look at Team or Scale below.

Because unused credits expire, the right plan is the smallest one that covers a normal month. Buying up for an occasional busy month wastes credits in the quiet months.

Business plans

Higgsfield lists three business options as of October 2026:

  • Team and Scale are priced per seat with pooled credits. Everyone on the account draws from one shared balance.
  • Enterprise is custom priced and includes rollover credits.

Pooled credits help when usage is uneven across people. Rollover is listed for Enterprise; individual plans do not roll over. Current per-seat pricing is on the Higgsfield pricing page, and Enterprise terms come from Higgsfield directly.

Alternatives to Higgsfield

Higgsfield is a strong choice for cinematic shots, controlled stills with Soul, and changes to existing footage with Genjutsu. If your goal is different, one of these may fit better.

Dreamina and CapCut for Seedance 2.0

If you want Seedance 2.0, ByteDance's multimodal video model, Dreamina is its official international web home. It offers free daily credits and up to 12 multimodal references per generation. CapCut added Dreamina Seedance 2.0 to AI Video and Video Studio for paid users in phased regional rollouts starting March 2026, with the US added on April 7, 2026. Both are built around Seedance clips. Read the Seedance 2.0 page for the model's specs and examples.

HeyGen for avatar videos

If the whole video is a person speaking to camera, HeyGen is built for that. It offers stock avatars, custom digital twin avatars, voice cloning, and translation and lip-sync dubbing into 175+ languages on paid plans. It is the better pick when you need a digital twin of a real person or dubbing into many languages. VideoGen's avatar workflow pairs an actor image with speech audio from your script and routes to HeyGen or Hedra per request, based on the actor and the generation requirements; see the HeyGen AI page.

VideoGen for a finished video

Higgsfield, Dreamina, and HeyGen each produce a clip or an image. A finished video also needs a voiceover, captions, music, transitions, and a timeline to arrange it all. VideoGen turns a brief, script, voiceover, slides, or storyboard into an editable project, and remix actions apply captions, transitions, background music, a logo, or an aspect-ratio change to the whole project in one request. Its integration on the Higgsfield AI page includes Soul for still images, Genjutsu for transforming existing footage, and Cinema Studio 4.0 for cinematic video, with no separate Higgsfield account or API key. AI video clip generation in VideoGen needs a paid plan; the free plan includes limited AI credits for other AI features and does not include exports. Plan details are on the VideoGen pricing page.

Frequently asked questions

Does Higgsfield have a free plan, and can I publish what I make on it?

Yes, there is a Free plan, but it is built for looking around. As of October 2026 it costs $0, includes 0 credits, limits model access, and watermarks output, so it does not suit work you will publish.

Do unused Higgsfield credits roll over to the next month on Plus or Ultra?

No. On individual plans (Starter, Plus, and Ultra) subscription credits reset each billing cycle and unused credits do not roll over. Enterprise is the plan that lists rollover credits as of October 2026.

Is Higgsfield annual billing cheaper than paying monthly?

Yes, for Plus and Ultra. Plus drops from $59 to $47 per month and Ultra from $129 to $99 per month when billed annually, as shown in October 2026; Starter is listed at $19 per month.

Can I use Higgsfield Soul or Cinema Studio 4.0 without paying for a Higgsfield plan?

Inside VideoGen, yes. The VideoGen integration includes Soul, Genjutsu, and Cinema Studio 4.0 with no separate Higgsfield account or API key; AI video clip generation and exports in VideoGen need a paid VideoGen plan.

If the clip is the deliverable, pick the Higgsfield plan that matches a normal month and confirm the price on the official page first. If the deliverable is a finished video with voiceover, captions, and music, start a project in VideoGen and bring Higgsfield shots into the same timeline.
